Maven Psychometrics is led by Leschké Human, a registered Psychometrist with a background in Industrial Psychology and a passion for behavioural insight and meaningful people development.
Every engagement begins with listening - to context, concerns and aspirations - before any assessment tool is opened. The goal is always to serve the person in front of us, with scientific rigour and a genuinely human-centred approach.
