My professional journey began in the corporate environment, where I developed a strong interest in learning, development and supporting individuals in their personal and professional growth.
During my Psychology honours studies, I discovered psychometrics - a field that brought together my passion for understanding human behaviour with scientifically grounded assessment and evidence-based insight.
Over the years, I have worked across industries, contributing to learning and development initiatives, talent development and people-focused programmes designed to unlock potential and support growth.
